TAKE CARE PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy explains how we, Zhbannikov Dmitrii or any of my affiliated entities (“we”, “us”, “our”) process your personal information (“you”, “your”) when you use our app or other services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY

By using the Take Care mobile application (the “App”) or otherwise indicating your acceptance (e.g. by clicking the tick-box or bottom “agree” or “continue”), you agree to the following terms of our Privacy Policy, which will bind you at all times and in whatever manner you use the App.

1. DEFINITIONS

Personal Data means any information relating to a living person which can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data or an online identifier.

Processing refers to any operation relating to Personal Data such as its collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, disclosure, or any other use.

The protection and confidentiality of your data are very important to us. We therefore process your data only to the extent that this is necessary to provide the services you requested from the App, you have consented to the Processing or we are otherwise legally authorized to do so.

2. WHERE DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLY TO

This Privacy Policy applies to all App Services.

3. WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

To ensure the work of our Services, its safety, and continuous improvement, we collect and store the following information:

Account. We collect certain information and link it to your account. This includes your name, email address, and location. With the help of some of our services, you get access to your account and your information through other service providers.

Details of your request and profile. When you contact or visit us, we may process the details you provide to us directly and details of your request, communications, complaints, or other interaction.

Usage and Analytics. We collect information from those devices and about those you use to access our App and Services to deliver better service. This includes IP-address, type of browser and device you use, information on the web page where you came to our App, and identification numbers of your devices,  information enabling us to estimate our audience size and understand how you use App and what you like and dislike the most. Your devices, depending on the settings can also transmit to our Services information about the location.

Interaction information. When we send you emails or other communications, we may collect technical interaction information, such as open rates and if you clicked on any content.

4. WHY DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA?

Generally, we will use your Personal Data to (i) provide Services and enable you to use our service features, (ii) respond to your queries, (iii) develop and promote Services; (iv) ensure the security and technical availability of Services; and (v) comply with the law.

Where we rely on legitimate interests as the legal basis for processing Personal Data, we have considered whether or not those interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights or freedoms of the individuals whose data are being processed and concluded that the processing is, on balance, fair.

We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To register you as a Service user when you sign up for the App and to enable you to use Services and its functionalities.
• To enable you to make purchases through our Service.
• To assist and contact you in relation to your request or to send you information which you have requested about Services.
• To fulfill your requests and send you service communications and notifications about matters relevant to your use of Services and your engagement with us, such as information about offers you might be interested in, targeted content, confirmations of purchases, details of events, surveys, changes in our terms, etc.
• To send you promotional information through various marketing channels including posts, email, social media and etc. about Services and our organization, reviewing and optimizing campaign performance and profiling information about your interests known, observed or inferred for direct marketing purposes.
• To improve and develop Services, including to: obtain feedback; recording preferences; conducting statistical analysis; using Google Analytics to understand the demographics of our users; making services and features more relevant; improving user experience; and working with third parties and evaluating data to improve and develop Services.
• To ensure proper administration of our business, including to: keep appropriate records about how Services are used; resolving complaints; conducting troubleshooting; managing our business relationships and identifying opportunities; registering interactions with our communications, such as emails; enforcing our terms; and debt collection.
• To monitor operations, user activity, and networks for fraud prevention, including information from third parties who may alert us about suspicious activities.
• To process information as is required for our compliance with the law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
• To process and share information with other third parties where required by law, such as regulators, law enforcement agencies or where mandatory under a court order.

Preservation of information. We store information that you provide to our Services, as long as necessary, so that these Services were able to provide their services to you. If you delete your account, we will also remove your information. But please keep in mind: (1) removing this information from our servers and from storage may be delayed; (2) we can save this information if it is necessary for the rule of law, dispute resolution, or for the fulfillment of the conditions of our agreements.

5. WITH WHOM WE CAN SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We do not share your Personal Data with third parties for our own purposes.

Representatives of the authorities. We may provide Personal Data to third parties if we deem it necessary to (a) comply with the law; (b) prevent someone's death or serious injury; (c) prevent fraud or harm to our users; (g) protect our property rights.

6. NO PROCESSING OF PAYMENT DETAILS

We will not receive or store any of your payment details, this is fully handled by the relevant payment service provider. If/when you make any purchases, we are notified by the payment processor once the transaction takes place and then ensure you receive your purchase. We do not, however, receive any of your actual payment details or personal data related to the payment. We only keep the data concerning transaction dates, currencies, value, the last four digits of your card number, and the subject of the transaction.

7. COOKIES

Cookies are small text files stored by your web browser on your computer or mobile device. Some cookies are essential for a website to work and help us provide you with relevant information. The other ones allow us to recognize your computer and browser (but not you!) and to store your website preferences. Cookies from our website cannot read any information contained in your hard disk or read any cookie files created by other websites.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

8. OUR POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN

We appreciate the need to provide extra privacy protections to users who are children. Services are intended for general audiences over the age of 18 years (or of the age of legal majority where you live, if different). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from or direct or target interest-based advertising to anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to use Services. If you are under 18, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 18 may provide any personal information. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 18, please contact us.

9. AMENDMENTS

If we created a company or our company will be restructured, we will participate in a merger or acquisition, or we will sell our assets, your Personal Data may be transferred to another company in accordance with the terms of the deal. We will notify you (for example, send an email to the specified in your account e-mail address) of such transactions and how exactly can you perform in such a situation.

From time to time we may independently make changes to this Privacy Policy. The latest version of it is available in the App. If such changes will seriously limit your rights, we will notify you about this.

This privacy policy is effective as of the 24th of June 2023.
